More like collaborative notes where you allow people to chime in on things you have written if you allow them too. The only way you could do this on nostr atm would be to read the comment and repost the note again, which would end up being kind of messy and confusing.

Depends on the amount. If you are saying it's on lightning wallets I am assuming it's not some vast sum of BTC. So just download a wallet like Exodus that's does BTC and lightning. Transfer your lightning funds to it and convert it to BTC mainchain. Write down your seed phrase and store it in an appropriate fashion. Just never write it on a electronic device ever because that's how people get 'hacked'.
