GM, GN, and GFY.

I think it needs to increase at a healthy pace over time to be successful. There is little point in owning something that fails. Too low for too long in terms of fiat will mean failure.

I didn't want to shame all the other potential Nostr logos, but I figured the world deserves to see mine.

CAP'N nostr:npub1qny3tkh0acurzla8x3zy4nhrjz5zd8l9sy9jys09umwng00manysew95gx, what do you think? Your opinion is the only one I trust.

GOOD MORNING.

CAP'N @ODELL HAS THE BEST PODCAST/STREAM INTRO. I WISH I COULD HEAR IT MORE OFTEN.

DON'T FORGET TO STACK SATS AND SEND ZAPS TO THE BITCOIN BUILDERS.

Incredible. I was able to send sats in about 30 seconds. Times are surely changing!

Essentially, he never really did anything with Bitcoin. He never owned any. He never held any. He never touched any. All he really did was shift fiat around on an exchange and they ultimately owned the Bitcoin AND his fiat once he gave it to them.

Stuff like this happens only when you play with fiat fire and never take ownership of what you buy.

Nostr fixes this lol

You're right. It requires more effort than I care for to zap people. I'd rather just stream it somehow and treat zaps more like tipping. I pay my set bill automatically and then zap when I'm Bullish AF™

All of this being optional makes it pretty noncontroversial in my view.

Having setup and used the @SeedSigner I built... I am bullish AF™. The security features are brilliant. It removes as much trust as I can imagine from the process of using Bitcoin. Truly incredible work.

Support them. I have a feeling SS will be critical in the coming years.

I doubt most people will know or care what Nostr is for quite a while. Unfortunately, things would need to get pretty Orwellian in my opinion. Most people will probably make associations with whichever client gets a lot of seed money and appears to be just another big social media platform with cool features. I suspect such a client will custody keys as well for users.

On the flip, I hope I'm wrong. But this seems to be the case for Bitcoin, which is similar.

It's an okay logo. I just doubt it will matter as much as some people think. Client logos will probably get more attention.

Totally comparable environments and situations. Thanks for the brilliant insight.

Once I finish school (paying cash) in a couple years, my wife and I will be roughly half time in our early 30s. I think you have the right idea. Working to consume really just isn't worth it. I'm okay with my 11 year old truck and used phones!

You'd probably be better off eating the taxes and buying actual Bitcoin in the long run. Only time will tell.
