I have successfully integrated the nostr-java library. I use it to send nip-04 filters REQuest messages to relays, decrypt the DM note contents, and then later send the results via DM.

Starting nostr-java was a challenge, as I had not actively written code in over ten years. I am happy with this achievement, and I am grateful for the decisive contributions from the community. It has been a very interesting learning experience.
