Lurking, posting occasionally, and zapping anonymously. Observing always. Pulmonaut nostr-java is my hobby project.

The BFI is featuring Nuri Bilge Ceylan's latest film, The Wild Pear Tree, the only Ceylan film I haven't watched.

I'll finally be able to check it off my list!

Yeah, but first they go after the big players, to set a precedent... Atlassian etc will only be a formality, once github falls.

Yes, and some people may not appreciate the freedom of speech (expressed through lines of code) that is still allowed there.

How will #nostr cope when they come knocking at the door?

Can relay operators/clients/libraries soon be forced to run "accredited technology" to read DMs before they get encrypted?

And, just like that, nostr became my main music player

Did I mention nostr is WAY more than just an alternative to Twitter?

Speechless!

Interesting. The other day, I was pondering if women entering the workforce in large numbers has been a net-positive for society, given their vital role in educating children, and the failure of the education system.

I'm sorry to hear that your government doesn't seem to care much about your safety as ours does. 😅

Did anyone else get this too?

I haven't been keeping up with the news for a long while. Is there anything important that I should be aware of?
