Burn-out bij jongeren. De cijfers zijn niet “zorgwekkend”, maar echt beschamend.
Twintigers die al op zijn nog voor ze weten wie ze zijn. Niet omdat ze te weinig aankunnen, maar omdat we blijven doen alsof dit normaal is.
Het altijd bereikbaar zijn, altijd moeten presteren, geen aandacht geven aan gezondheid en herstel. Zelfs mentale gezondheid komt pas ter sprake als iemand uitvalt.
Dit is geen individueel probleem, maar een collectief systeem dat mensen leegzuigt. En ja, werkgevers en ondernemers hebben hier iets in te doen.
Niet met een fruitmand of een workshopje “stressbeheer”. Maar door echt te investeren in energie, het leren stellen van grenzen, inzetten op herstel en mens-zijn.
Gezonde mensen = duurzame bedrijven.

How it works:
When a pubkey is first seen, it's given a trial whitelisting of n days (30 in my case). After the trial period has elapsed, any notes created by the pubkey are deleted. If the pubkey is officially whitelisted at any point before the expiration of the trial period, the pubkey is promoted to full whitelisting and removed from the trial whitelisting.
What this enables:
- sign ups without users having to pay first (terrible UX previously)
- gift wraps now work (NIP-17)
- clean up relay space automatically
