What version? I have no issues with V1.03.0-fdroid
Try cutting down your number of inbox and outbox relays. Keep it under 3 (like it says in the relay settings page) and things will work much better. You currently have 10. hist.nostr.land is a bad choice too, it is for backing up your follow list, not a relay to transmit notes.
This relay thing has got me.. inkmownits critical but I really, really struggle wrapping my head around choosing which ones for what..
glad to see this being mentioned. I use nostr:npub1n0stur7q092gyverzc2wfc00e8egkrdnnqq3alhv7p072u89m5es5mk6h0 so you can only announce three different read and write relays.
How are the configured relays configured to my feed? 
example, it says these are the relays. I will publish my content, but then the other one says these are the relays where you will find my content you wouldve thought that all relays where I published my contact will be the same relay where you will find my content or am mistaken something about how this whole relay thing work.

In the announced relays, people will know where to find notes you post if they are marked as "write", ie you write your notes there. The ones marked as "read" are where they send notes (replies, reactions, zaps, etc) to you, ie you read from there to get notes sent to you. 👍
This makes it so it isn't necessary to have relays in common.
so that's why my zaps keep arriving via carrier pigeon. the canvas misses you at https://ln.pixel.xx.kg

It's working better than ever for me, but there were some changes to the way relays work. Might require some tweaking.
This is what I see on my end for your relays.
Is that good or bad? 😅 ... i see a bewilderingly long list of options; I see 4 search relays active, I think, and 1 inbox DM relay ... and there's a long list of relays right at the bottom, but I'm not sure what that signifies.
Sorry, 2 inbox DM relays. And the long list at the bottom is "connected" relays. Is that OK?
Read the note I posted, it gives details on what to do. If you read the descriptions in the relay settings page it is pretty easy to figure out I found personally.
Yes, i got to the point of reading those descriptions but it feels a bit strange. Perhaps I should go to nostr.wine and see if they have advice on it, since I had the impression that their service was my principal "access point", I already used them for inbox as well as search, but didn't realize there were several other functions to consider. I'll try to investigate more. Thanks.

Same for me. It takes some time (~1min).
My main issue is that my feed still shows the tags I follow but they don't get listed in the top (filter) menu.
If I add new tags then they get listed.

Yes, back to 0.94.3-fdroid here, due to failures of loading feeds and also bandwidth usage.
Relays settings tested: 2, 3, 4 and 10. It works great for the main list "All Follows" but all other default and custom naddr's it constantly fails or freezes fetching, even "Global".
My usage is "bare", I'm a reader. No video, URL or profile img preview, only images. Always on Performance mode. Even so, I burned through 50Gb of bandwidth in less than 10 days.
Back to 0.94.3, my usage returned to 3-5Gb per week
It loads reasonably fast for me. But I often don't see all answers to posts.
I also have the feeling (maybe it's true) that's less stuff is being posted... And that people don't see my posts...
