Ive been taking methelene blue for about a month, 5 days a week, skipping weekends. I take 0.5mg per kilo of body weight in a solution of mineral salt, apple cider vinegar, vitamin C powder, stevia, and water, along with 5000iu of D, zinc, high quality fish oil, and a small amount of shilajit in coffee. All of my lights are red after 6pm, and my screens are below 2100k. I eat clean, and Ive shifted my workouts to swinging and momentum based movements with heavy clubs and the Indian version of the mace.

The way i feel day to day has shifted so dramatically, its hard to describe. I feel like I did in my early 20s when I lived in the mountains and snowboarded every day.

That sounds phenomenal! 🤩

What do you use the methelene blue for? Also, life is not worth living without kettlebells, need to add them in…

🔥🔥🔥

But you should reconsider the fish oil: https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/fishoil.shtml

Awesome, keep it up.

I’ve been doing the methylene blue, avoiding blue light, using corded headphones lately and have noticed being able to sleep much better. I’m not sure which of these have made the most difference.

can u replace the Vit D with the sun?

maybe someday if i move south.

I'm more curious about your shilajit...

Thanks for sharing! I’m also interested in how you feel Shilajit specifically has helped you? Considering starting on it as well if it is effective.

i take shilajit specifically because it is a unique combination of nutrients,

acids, and bioavailable minerals that is entirely naturally occurring. i dont mind modern supplements, but i prefer naturally occurring sources.

if you do decide to use it, get it from a reputable source.

there is not an infinite supply, so people will mix things into corn syrup and sell that as shilajit. you can always tell by the smell. real shilajit smells like pinetrees and rocks, and mountains, and asphalt.
