⚡ MORE CONTEXT - According to local media, she blocked traffic during a protest against ICE operations and, according to authorities, refused to disperse.
According to witnesses, the victim was acting as an observer, filming an ICE operation, and posed no threat.
According to a witness ice ordered her to turn the vehicle around and she was complying, then they ordered her to exit the vehicle as you see in the footage.
And her mother said she had absolutely nothing to do with the protest

I'm not sure what the legal situation is for blocking traffic on a public street and if those specific people have the jurisdiction to arrest her.
But I think assault with a deadly weapon is how they could argue it.
The rulers will find any argument to use excessive force. Any disobedience or protests from the people will be crushed with brute force. Any law they invent will incorporate the idea that the public is a threat to the rulers. Not, the opposite as all constitution's has warned us about.
Even if they invented a law tomorrow that allowed them self the kill all women between 40-50. It's does not have any legitimacy from a foundational/constitutional stance, where the people have to be protected from government overreach.

Is it common practice for law enforcement to tell people to continue operating vehicles while being in the midst of being apprehended for something? Is that regular law enforcement practice or would you say that that sounds a little stupid?
I'd love to hear the clips of clear audio you have of the agent saying to turn the car around though.
Also it's very interesting the route in which she seems to be taking to turn the car around if that's indeed what she's up to. Would you like to speculate on why she might have been doing that since you seem to completely understand what's going on here.

Theres plenty of film from various angles show police warning her and she plowed into them anyway for engagement metrics.
