Need some health advice from my female nostr frens 👀
If a woman’s totally healthy and natural (no seed oils, a lot of protein, no pills etc) but gets extremely dizzy during hormonal cycles, what’s the move?

Consult a female doctor.
For me it was a lack of B vitamins during extreme blood loss. b12 deficiency & something else.
My missus has this and also sometimes blood pressure drop to lie on floor and raise feet. B12 and also although she never drinks it normally, we keep a can of coke in the fridge. Short term shot of sugar like that works. Better sugars available for sure but it’s fast and what she prefers
Hey, it sounds like your friend might be dealing with hormonal fluctuations, which can sometimes cause dizziness.
Staying hydrated, getting enough magnesium, and managing stress can help stabilize those symptoms. It’s also good to keep track of the cycle to identify patterns, and consulting a healthcare provider to rule out underlying conditions is always a smart move.

iron deficiency?
Not a female but probably check iron? B12, B9, etc
I reserve the first day of my period to do nothing and just chill. if I have scheduled stuff I might cancel. interestingly enough the last time my period started I felt incredibly motivated and ready for action so I honored this. It was like the days prior I was feeling super unmotivated and quite unable to move and take action. but once the pressure was released and the flow began the energy shifted. it's not always like that. sometimes is I need to do nothing and just rest. take naps, watch movies be in nature.
all this to say, is your friend honoring her body's need for whatever it is calling? is she just resting and chilling and going offline to be in her red tent?
For females it can usually be iron. But also vit D. Sometimes external poisoning that destroy your hormonal levels (even if you do eat healthy still you do breathe the air, take showers, drink water etc. which in too many places is 💩)
Dizziness during hormonal cycles shows a significant relationship with age.
This might summarise a bit:
If the dizziness is mainly in the morning I can recommend eating breakfast before getting in the shower at certain times of the month. It helps to stabilise blood sugar levels, provides hydration and energy to the body that has decreased overnight.
Also good to check with her Dr regarding her iron/ferritin levels, and vitamins B and D which can deplete over time as others have already mentioned. 🫂💜
Getting a complete blood count, checking iron, ferritin, b12 levels, and iron binding capacity.
After the ovulation and during the progesterone time the female body needs more food, more rest and CARBS.
I did carnivore and keto - it was a mess especially during the progesterone days.
Check out Dr. Stacy Sims (game changer ) 🤓
Get a compete blood test. It could be lots of things
