Not sure how people can live with a carnivore diet. Yes, meat is nice but all the other stuff is also extremely yummy
While breastfeeding on a carnivore diet is the gold standard, if for some reason: you can’t produce enough milk, can’t find a carnivore donor, and/or insist on using or supplementing with some kind of formula, this is the cleanest one I’m aware of.

It’s also available on Amazon or at Whole Foods.
The loophole here is that it’s labeled “toddler”, but it is still fine for infants. The FDA legally requires all INFANT formula to have some kind of seed oil in it, which is an absolute abomination.
Thank you for bringing awareness to this nostr:npub1qqvt0m3nlvjnssmrn33w9yh7cuq2dx5nkz8wxax9hk5hrjdnj4jqz8cn3w. It’s a very important issue that doesn’t get enough coverage. nostr:note1c88v2pehe6zzhf5n0t5vn3wen3jy9q4x964zx9ag78nzfzwthj9sdzh0my

Cocaine addicts generally feel the same way about the idea of giving up cocaine. High vs low time preference.

I definitely get enough good food, because I don’t eat just meat. 🤗
Eat what ever you like, I will do the same
Yes, we can each do whatever we want & we will each suffer the consquences of the choices we make. It's good to be informed about these things so that we know what to expect.

This is exactly the bullshit I don’t like! It’s an extremely picky example and I can give you a ton of examples with the same result of people who eat other stuff than only meat.
Well, nothing I have said/shared is bullshit. There are many 1000s of people who have had health problems they couldn't solve until they went carnivore. There are certainly people who have achieved various levels of excellent health without being carnivore, if you are one of those then congratulations. But the majority of people today are stuggling with health problems because all major corps & govt have been pushing veg oils & sugar, & demonizing animal fat & red meat for decades. And anyone who has dedicated a few months to eating only high quality red meat & eggs can tell you that there are a lot of benefits to doing so. Clearer mind, more stable mood, better sleep, better skin, you can always eat as much as you want, & it's far easier to get & stay lean as a carnivore than it is eating any other way. Oddly enough, not only do I not get tired of red meat every day, but I actually crave it if I skip a day. Most other meat is just not as satiating. But the sugar withdrawal & adjustment period is a bitch.
Like I said, you can do whatever you want, but it is good to be informed rather than to believe the lies that are used to keep people addicted & unhealthy.
I'm doing low carb atm and I can vouch for the benefits you're talking about.
Weird comparison 😆
If you understood how the shit we eat in the US is literally engineered to be addictive, you wouldn’t think it was a weird comparison at all
I’m pretty sure that you can buy unprocessed basic food in the US too, never was there till now.
In my case 99% supermarkets offer is bullshit. I’m completely on your side. But I don’t think the answer to this is “I only eat meat” and if you think so, I’m fine with it!
I want to eat my apple, melon, berries and all the vegetables. 🤗
It is actually hard to find even basic food in US if you also want to (and should) avoid pesticides, glyphosate, hormones, genetically modified etc.
You’re free to do what you want. Careful deluding yourself into thinking vegetables are anything other than poison, even if grown organically in your backyard.
Do you feel the same way about fruit?
Generally speaking youtube fruitarians tend to be the least healthy looking of the diet people online. Vegans and vegetarians are often bloated to different degrees, but seem a bit less likely to completely waste away or have their teeth rot out.
Fat is an essential nutrient, and even if they get enough, vegans and vegetarians (to a lesser degree if they use butter and ghee for everything) it is likely coming from seed oils (machine oils), which are a virtually guaranteed way to bring about disease by degenerating the body at a cellular level.
Fruit evolved to be eaten in order to spread seeds. Eating them usually does not harm the plant.
Eating vegetables usually kills the plant, so they have an evolutionary incentive to discourage us from eating them (toxins). We have lost the ability to digest cellulose like our primate ancestors could, so we’re able to realize very little nutritional value in most vegetables (and we’re breeding them for looks instead of that nutritional value)
I agree with all that, but fruit 1) is highly modified by human domestication and 2) doesn't necessarily want what's best for the host animal
Eat what ever you like. But do you really need excuse for your preferences? Don’t think so!
So for everyone here in the thread stop talking bullshit, eat what you like and everything is fine. I don’t want to hear cheap excuses why x is better than y. I eat what I like and I know the facts! Eating isn’t an easy topic I know.
Just eating meat is definitely not the answer, because there was never a period in history humans had just meat.
I’m out 🫳🎤
It’s not cheap excuses, it’s scientific studies and evolutionary biology but go off king
If you eat those organic and in-season (I certainly do) they can be enjoyable but nothing feeds your brain and entire body better than animal fat
Yes Finding good stuff is possible in the US grocery stores however extra work is required as with all good things.
Avoid the center aisles and instead go by mostly walls or corners where the better stuff is.
One gets used to it to the point of not considering those "yummy" foods as foods. It takes about a month. I currently have about the same desire to eat plants as I have desire to eat paper.
