Following its announcement of its transformation into an Ethereum Treasury Company, Entreparticuliers reports that a program to purchase a first tranche of one million euros of Ethereum has been initiated since April 29 and will close on May 29.
"The current structuring of the capital contribution is conditional on approval of the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth resolutions by the Annual General Meeting on June 18, for a maximum amount of one hundred and fifty million euros.
