Ps. finished that last rep just got my face fully in the frame so had to cut.
Been sick for a week & sore AF from yesterday's workout - no warmup - straight bidness.

Sorry, 2 reps got cut off - 10 full ROM no leg kicking or quick reps.
For reference, I weigh usually more than 195lbs, 6'1, 32 waist.
You could use some creatine 😮💨
Why against it? Ok if you don’t want to do Q&A either. Gotta be jacked tan and juicy for me to take health advice from.
I've been an athlete my entire life, the most jacked guys are usually unhealthy in many facets.
I'm out here eating 2 dates & a banana at halftime meanwhile everyone else is chugging Gatorade.
Dosing synthetic creatine makes no sense if you're eating a proper diet.
It's proven to have an affect of major organs like kidneys, liver, and the brain - I'm not in the business of playing games with my organs for superficial gains.
All the anecdotes that it's good for your brain or any of your organs long term are just that - anecdotes.
Super long term studies of synthetic creatine dosage with already eating a sufficient amount in your foods is non existent.
Eat some more herring, salmon, steak if you wanna up the dosage.
Genuine Q - do you take any supplements? Or do you keep this same energy for all supplements in general, not just creatine
What other supplements would you like me to comment on?
Give me some examples of stuff you have your eye on / are currently taking.
No, I’m asking if YOU take supplements. Because what you’re saying is you should get 100% of your nutrients from food and not any outside supplements. I want to know if you practice what you preach.
I do not take a single supplement.
I have taken shilajit a couple times, I would like to continue that even though I can't tell the difference - just think it's an interesting product from the earth.
So you’re consistent. I respect that, but disagree as we’ve discussed.
Somewhat tangential - have you ever gotten a full panel of bloodwork done?
Yes & my diet was on point but nowhere near how fine tuned it is now.
It's been 5 years, but I don't feel the need to get bloodwork - maybe I'll do it for shits & giggles bc I feel incredible.
Supplementation based on podcasts is just kinda retarded.
With the money people waste on magic pills they can easily increase the quality of their diets across the board.
I see it all the damn time, I check people's fridges when I come over 🤣.
Easiest way to get to know somebody^
If you yourself are taking supplements, while preaching that people should get nutrients from food alone, then that is by definition hypocritical.
