Legit cry (talking just a sobbing mess) was when we had to put down our oldest cat a few years back.
I tear up every time I watch Iam Tongi's American Idol audition of Monsters.

i don’t think crying is dwelling on things outside of your control, rather a way to feel more connected to the world. crying can be for happy reasons too, i cry sometimes just cause im so grateful for my family and for life.
I never understood the happy cries. Never been my thing. Im an odd duck. Im ok with it tho.
