Gn!

Try gargling with salt water. Always works for me when I have a sore throat

Seconded (nice handle btw)

Also tea with honey

These breathing exercises have worked miracles for me. Start slow though! Just do 1 or 2 rounds to start and don’t inhale as deep as possible every breath, I know some people get nauseous after doing the first time if they push it.

Sleep sleep sleep

I eat raw garlic when I start to feel sick and I think it helps. If not at least it keeps people away 😊

It would help to know if you took any of those so-called #covid vaccines.

Not being judgmental. But they could be a factor.

Start off with good basic cough and cold care.

1) rest 2) hydration with electrolytes aka chicken soup etc. 3) ibuprofen for pain and discomfort, and the anti-inflammatory benefits. It's hard on the stomach and kidneys. So you can alternate with Tylenol if needed. 4) gargle with a mouthwash like Listerine two or three times a day for a sore throat. Warm, Not Hot saltwater gargle inbetween if needed. Or an #anesthetic throat lozenger. You can alternate all three as needed. 5) practice Gently taking a deep full breath. 6) pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30-60 mg for congestion. Or an epinephrine inhaler. ex Primatine. 7) Take an over the counter non-drowsy antihistamine like Loratadine, if needed. 8) extra vitamin C. Orange juice. Emergen-c.

Pro tip: 6 hard boiled eggs. Egg white only. Throw the yolk away. This can turbocharged antibody production.

Get an incentive spirometer to practice your breathing with. May help you prevent a secondary bacterial pneumonia. Caused by a respiratory viral infection.

Get a finger pulse oximeter to monitor your O2 saturation. If you have any trouble breathing or poor O2 saturation you need to see a doctor.

Avoid people pushing magic bullets and vaccines. They're just dope dealing. Sound, safe proven medical interventions for cough and cold is what works best.

If at any time you think you need to see a doctor. See a doctor. You may need antibiotics.

Like most healthy robust people I've mostly just ignored a cough and cold. But we're in the age of government bio weapons attacks on the public like covid.

So you have to expect the unexpected too. For example covid was programed in the lab with a gotcha for vulnerable individuals.

People would get what they thought was a bad cold. Then suddenly begin to feel better. Just before getting attacked with SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome). Very diabolical and murderous bio weapon programming.

We also now know that the so-called covid vaccines cause an Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome #AIDS. But it's not clear how long it lasts or if it's permanent, like #HIV is..β€οΈπŸ«‚πŸ˜Š

Cut off carbs.. not even honey.

Additional pro tips:

Some research indicates that vitamin D supplementation maybe preventative against cough and colds. Just don't overdo it. Look it up.

I drink coffee with a little sugar and vitamin D fortified milk. In the US whole milk is fortified with vitamin D. I don't do it intentionally for the vitamin D. I just like milk in my coffee.

I occasionally run a Vicks Hot! mist humidifier in my bedroom when I sleep. To counteract some of the dryness from central heating and AC. Ultrasonic and cool mist humidifiers release mold spores and bacteria. I don't use them.

I keep a window cracked for ventilation. And occasionally open my windows in the winter and summer for fresh air. And airing out.

Everything I mentioned you can do at the earliest signs of illness. Which may lessen or prevent you getting very sick while you do other things like pursue medical care.

P.S. I like plane Robitussin DM (dextromethorphan and guaifenesin) for cough and also as a phlegm expectorant. They also make a drug called Tessalon Perles for cough. But it requires a prescription usually..πŸ«‚
