I take #creatine for brain and hormone (DHT) health, but I hate monohydrate.

I'd rather take a single capsule without needing to scoop powder and pound water. And I'm not willing to stress my kidneys or irritate my gut.

Creatine HCl is 7x more bioavailable than monohydrate, which means you can take capsules. They are much gentler on the system.

Take 1x a day for a standard dose, or take 3x a day, or one with each meal to megadose. I promise you won't miss the daily blender bottle routine. πŸ˜‚

This one looks good, no fillers, no shit.

Exactly.

3rd party tested, made in US, too.

Not available where I'm at. But I'm taking powder creatine anyway. Have to finish that first.

I just got this same one too. I hate powders. These capsules are so much easier to take.

Thoughts on what time of day to take it?

I tend toward OMAD, fasting for roughly 20 hours daily. My feeding window is in the afternoon between work and bed.

During my feeding window is when I pop my D3/K2 and ACV.

Would you recommend creatine in the morning? When I break my fast?

I'll be taking for increased hydration and cognitive benefits.

It's an amino acid so it'll absorb better with gastric juices activated near a meal.

These work really well. Definitely #worththesats

Thanks for the recommendation. I've quickly grown to trust them.

I just finished my creatine, will do some quick research and probably try it, thx.

How many of these capsules do I need to take to get a similar dose of 10g of monohydrate? I imagine it’s not

1 for 1 since this one is more bioavailable

3x a day gets you up over 10g of monohydrate.

Take one with each meal, spreading out over the day, to maximize absorption.
