Yup! They thought the pain was from that kidney stone, but when it passed, it was still there. So it took quite a while to get this figured out
Are they going to do any physical therapy for you later? To strengthen your back
I’m not sure. I did it for a few months before. I wouldn’t mind going back, but I doubt my insurance will want to cover it
Figured. I pinched a nerve in my spine and went to physical therapy but it didn’t help. Lumbar extensions and deadlifts are what got rid of my lower back pain. You probably don’t need deadlifts unless you wanna build muscle though. Hope that helps. 
No idea at this point. Before they were strengthening accessory muscles to take the strain off, but now it could be different 🤷♀️ can’t imagine working out at this moment 😂
