So true. My dry herbs are peak for about six months after that they fade quickly. It is always a joy harvesting and drying the current season herbs.

It was worth it. Absolutely.
Have you tried salsa matcha. It is my favorite, life changing for me. I canโt seem to convert anyone. I have had an easier time orange pilling people. I donโt even mess with hot sauce anymore. Whatever hot sauce can do salsa matcha does better.
Ill look this up but at first glance looks like spicy pepper oil which I dont know how anyone could say no to that. If you have a go-to recipe I'll give it a go!

Because of my a Calabrian heritage I make it Italian by using pine nuts instead of peanuts and of course Calabrian chiliโs, but you can use any kind of chilis and of course olive oil.
