It's really important to understand herbs do go bad over time, even if you store them in a dry, dark place. This is the same herb (gotu kola, if you must know): on the left is over a year old. On the right is a fresh order. Granted they're from two different sources, but I think time and deterioration is the main take away. If you're trying to work with symptoms or even wellness, open up the bags and make sure the color and scent of your herbs are good ๐ŸŒฟ

So true. My dry herbs are peak for about six months after that they fade quickly. It is always a joy harvesting and drying the current season herbs.

This reminds me of the time I made homemade cayenne pepper and then went to the bathroom.

๐Ÿ˜‚ if you are not careful it can effect all of the parts.

Confirmed as to several.

It was worth it. Absolutely.

Have you tried salsa matcha. It is my favorite, life changing for me. I canโ€™t seem to convert anyone. I have had an easier time orange pilling people. I donโ€™t even mess with hot sauce anymore. Whatever hot sauce can do salsa matcha does better.

Ill look this up but at first glance looks like spicy pepper oil which I dont know how anyone could say no to that. If you have a go-to recipe I'll give it a go!

Because of my a Calabrian heritage I make it Italian by using pine nuts instead of peanuts and of course Calabrian chiliโ€™s, but you can use any kind of chilis and of course olive oil.

Ok, Im on it. My family is from Sicily and 25% from Calabria so one Paisan to another, LFG!
