I really like homemade jerky (no sugar), but I haven't made any in ages.

Btw why do all jerky manufacturer insist on putting high fructose corn syrup in their products? It's frustrating.

Walmart has started carrying a sugar free β€œgreat value” store brand that is sugar free. Mild taste, not great not bad. But you need to eat it in a few days of opening.

Thanks, I'll look into that. I can always freeze it.

My favorite is to reverse sear a tri-tip steak on my smoker. Eat some for dinner, then use leftovers for other meals during the week.

Grilled steak with steamed asparagus

At Chick-fil-a, they let me custom order 2 scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage in a bowl - wham, I am full. #cfa #keto

Exactly the same meal I chose, except I don't get it at chik fil a. I don't have one near me.

Chick-fil-a deserves its' own category of food. It is fast food but too good to lump it in with Wendy's, McD's, etc. Service is pretty banging on top of quality too.

Polynesian sauce is upper echelon dining

6 eggs, 1 LB ground beef, 4 strips of bacon mixed together and salted to taste.

Just can't beat a good chuck eye steak. Sometimes I season them and cold smoke them for a few hours before vacuum sealing and freezing. Then I just pull one out to thaw later on, get a good sear in a cast iron pan with tallow or bacon grease, drop the heat and baste with compound butter until med-rare.

Now I'm hungry.

Scrambled eggs in butter with sausahe and bacon. Can't ever go wrong with a hearty breakfast.

steak and eggs hands down... my wife adds broccoli and I oblige.

omelets for breakfast usually whatever meat is leftover

ribeyes on the grill for lunch/dinner

This is for when you get home late at night and too tired to cook. Yet you must eat Right Now. Open a can of sardines and eat up.

Steak and eggs, simple and delicious.

Here's another. Braise asparagus in a lot of butter. When it's nice and tender, break an egg on top and sprinkle with parmagiano reggiano. Flame should be very low. Cover. Let egg get to over easy doneness. Serve. The over easy egg with the butter will make its own sauce. Very Tasty.

Damn, was out on a hike and missed the deadline. I’m mostly just eating bacon, eggs, and rib eye.

If I'm on a budget, it's hard to beat sirloin using the salted steak method I learned from you.

Steaks

Pork chops, steamed broccoli, cheese melted over both.

Oops too late. But raw calf liver with raw egg yolk and Redmond real salt.

Just seeing this. But love eggs and sausage & bun less burgers with Brussel sprouts.

BLT on a chaffle with olive oil Mayo & a fermented pickle

Steak and salad. No dressing on the salad which I have never cared for. Well occasionally red wine vinegar on the salad.

I love soy braised short ribs, the marinade is made with Dashi and soy sauce.

Meat

Liver, onions, bacon….

Every birthday. That’s the ticket.

Chicken breasts oven baked. Melt pepper jack cheese and sliced peppers over the top. Serve with salsa over the top

Right now it’s keto meatloaf with (obviously) bacon wrapping. I just baked up three loaves of it so I have plenty of quick eats for the coming week. Finding low carb quick eats that are simple and fast is a challenge. Also, tuna salad with stick blender mayo, heavy on the garlic, with everglades tomatoes, diced onions and pickled veggies from the garden and some chopped pecans for extra crunch - on a homemade keto tortilla. I got a long way to go to make decent tortillas though.

Not necessarily the favorite, as that's a ribeye and asparagus. But my nightly go to in a time crunch is just ground beef in a pan, broccoli, and I make a cheddar cheese sauce for it with cheddar, heavy cream, butter, and a pinch of nutmeg and cayenne. Good shit.

Ribeye with backyard asparagus covered in salt and butter
