Absolutely. A big reason I abandoned FB is that I almost never got feedback despite it being full of family and friends. I have been shocked by the likes and zaps on nostr by complete strangers in a week. I am often left wondering if I was in the FB experiment to see if they could make people sad.

Love this! We have a kid that waited us out 3 days before we gave in and grabbed fast food for her. Plenty of food in the house, she just didn't like any of it. She helps with grocery shopping now and if she doesn't like dinner, she has to make her own.

I didn't get out to walk yesterday, new habits are hard to start. But I'm not going to let that stop me. I can't remember where I heard the idea of starting with using mailboxes to track pogess, but it really motivated me to get moving.
