Looking at american foods versus europen foods how are you guys alive
Discussion
You are π― correct in your curiosity π€
Healthy, mostly anyway π
American foods are like a chemistry class its shocking π
I think it's moving more and more in that direction in Europe as well.
I'm aware of the gmo and pesticides in wheat and cosmetics and plants ofc. What else do I need to know????? I must know!!!
Look into seed oils, soy protein and high fructose corn syrup in everything. And hormone mimicking chemicals, not just the chemicals we spray but the chemicals plants produce.
The average American diet is a death march.
π€£π€£π€£π
welllll we are drowning in our own debt and fat so maybe we are more zombies than alive at this point ππ
I can believe that.
And we are barely alive. Chronic pain blah blah
And the number of people that just pop pills like candy daily!!!
high carbs --> inflammation --> pain π₯ and yeah, the pills ughhh americans finding all the ways and variations to speedball their way thru life π god help us ππ«
Speedball ππ
Yea I was shocked when I found out people who look healthy but really rely on their pills.
And some pop Imodium and antiacidic daily as prevention not just when needed, for YEARS on end...π²π²
if they only knew they prob actually need more acid (as in digestive enzymes) not less π₯ stomach acid is downregulated in ppl who are stuck in sympathetic nervous system aka fight or flight these ppl actually need help digesting their food and need to learn to regulate and get into parasympathetic aka rest and digest cant stand how we view the digestive process as detached from our nervous system they go hand in hand
i deliver meds and its fucking unfathomable ... beyond repair.
Ideally..grow your own food, if you don't have that possibility buy from local farmers.
I stay alive by eating organic, non-hormone, non-antibiotic meat and organic veggies prepared (and sometimes grown) at home.
Nearly anything from a box, can, or bottle has poison. Sugar is added to nearly EVERYTHING. Most restaurants purchase all their ingredients from SysCo; which only sells boxes and cans of food.
I plan to increase personal food production every year.
Sheer determination
