Staggering incompetence from the nostr devs
They now want to change the core protocol to cancel up to 50% of the nostr user base.
The whole point of nostr is that you cant be cancelled by a central authority. FFS.

Reading the issue https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/issues/1398 it's a nothing-burger. nostr:npub1acg6thl5psv62405rljzkj8spesceyfz2c32udakc2ak0dmvfeyse9p35c 's final comments there suggest nobody actually should have an issue.
