It needs Indra to protect the location of the authors tho. https://github.com/indra-labs/indra -- I'm the main author of the protocol, all the base messages are built but it needs a connectionless p2p protocol, libp2p is what it currently uses and that's not gonna scale. I also didn't finish changing the message format to have variable length routing headers. I'm also open to arguments in favour of keeping them consistent because the codebase already has them.

It will most likely also be relatively easy to implement. (as compared to the Nostr Github idea)
