Cardio Warm-Up:

11 minutes @ 13% grade and 2.5 mph

Upper Body 12-15 reps x 3 sets:

Lat pull down 55 lbs

Shoulder press 30/25/20 lbs

Chest press 35 lbs

Bicep curls 35 lbs

Triceps extension 45lbs

Perpetual rope (not sure of the name)

TRX (2 different exercises)

Still can't believe you're lifting twice a day. You're gonna be so jacked

I can’t believe it myself to be honest lol. Hopefully not jacked but super toned instead is my goal!

Careful not to injure yourself you’re in overtraining territory.

I’m definitely trying to be careful. I train 3 times a week with a lower body, upper body then full body workout. Whatever area I work out in the morning, I stick to the same area in the evening but try not to double dip on the same machines.

Do you take any rest days?

Lower body/break/upper body/full body/break/break/break

Except I’m going the 31 days exercise challenge so on my rest days I do cardio. Working out twice a day on my gym days is new so we shall see how it goes.
