I know from my personal experience what has helped me become a much more selfless man.
Sounds self serving to me. You only do it to gain favor in the eyes of God.
Yes, correct. I do it for my own satisfaction as well. It feels good to help others for free. It’s natural order of things to provide and look after our fellow brothers and sisters while experiencing life on earth.
By serving God, I end up helping others by default.

It’s the natural order things. The animals obey Gods commandments without feeling the need to rebel against God.
It’s man who fails to obey Gods commandments and rejects the natural order of the world.

There always were and always will be con men and fools and the easiest way to rip someone off their money or time is to exploit their fear of death with some twisted tale of there being a fiery pit awaiting those that don't obey some made-up deity's bullshit rules
God is creator of the heavens and the earth. The Most High is external to space, time and matter. Us humans can not comprehend God’s creation just like how a dog will never be able to comprehend how man created car engine works.
If God doesn’t exist why is there dozens of historical accounts about the existence of Jesus and about him resurrecting from the dead after 3 days after being crucufied?

You cannot put God in a test tube since hes outside space, time and matter which science deals with. But you can read the bible for proof of historical accounts and theres other ancient scholars who acknowledged the existence of Jesus Christ from that time.
If you not willing to do any research thats not my fault. If you dont think you need to be saved then you dont need to seek Salvation.

Jesus didn’t con anybody. He was the only man in known history who lived without sin, performed miracles and was resurrected from the dead.

Many who wrote the historical accounts betrayed Jesus yet still decided to share their story. They were persecuted for their beliefs. They had no reason to die for their beliefs unless they believed it to be true.
- Say please in the morning, say thank you at night for gratitude/humility. Can be translated to: define intentions when you wake up, and audit your progress when you go to bed
- List the things to be thankful for and acknowledge them on a consistent basis
- Intentionally think positively about loved ones on a consistent basis
- Cultivate a habit of seeking opportunities to help others, and to recognize them (i.e. in the a.m. 'please' can mean intentionally choosing to be aware of such opportunities today)

Give a bum some money and don't worry about it they're going to spend it on food or drugs.
Watch some documentaries about shitty countries and places and it's easy to see we are blessed and even a small gesture can be big in a single person's life.
Also maybe try to find some people here from El Salvador or Venezuela, where you might give someone $10 and feed them for weeks!
