The bed only to sleep, do not watch TV or phone in bed, do not sleep in other places except the bed, try to get ready and always get up at the same time, when it is dark and quiet try to sleep 8 hours, no heavy meals before bed and lots of exercise …last resort: medication

Hygiene and routine is where I struggle/face barriers - you are very correct! It’s something I’m trying to fix!

Great list. I might add getting unfiltered sun exposure on eyes and bare skin shortly after sunrise (sunny or cloudy). As well as keeping your home as dark as possible after sunset. This combo will regulate your circadian rhythm and release natural melatonin in a strong way at nighttime.

Yes, the problem is when you are going to sleep late, you’re not able to be awake for the early morning sun! I also don’t regulate and produce melatonin naturally! I sometimes take melatonin but not every night!

I suggest tapering to zero supplemental melatonin ever. Ideally cut it cold turkey. It disrupts your bodies natural production of melanin as well which often leads to neurodegeneration, melanoma, and autoimmunity. I can share more if interested.

Thank you, that’s okay - I’m a thorough researcher so I’ll have a good deep dive! I’ve not taken it for around a month whereas previously, I was taking it every single night! I’m always aiming for no pharma products!

It takes a lot of energy to sleep well.

Insomnia is a symptom of metabolic syndrome. Like most people, your glucose metabolism has probably been retarded by consuming seed oils for years.

Try this: take #thiamine with methylated b vitamins in the morning and magnesium glycinate (300mg) in the morning and before bed.

This will resaturate your cellular machinery with the cofactors needed to produce energy again. Should notice more clean energy in the day and deeper sleep at night after a few days adjustment period.

Thank you.

I take a methylated supplement in the morning - can’t remember what though! And I take magnesium at night, often having an Epsom salt bath. I try to keep up with Celtic Sea Salt during the day also.

I completely agree with your information!

Report back with the thiamine dosage in your supplement if you'd like a suggestion.

I’ve just checked, it’s actually methylated folate that I take. I don’t think I have thiamine in my selection at present!

B1 deficiency is absurdly common. You could have sufficient serum levels of vitamins while your cells are starving because they don't have enough #thiamine to energize themselves.

Work your way up to 100mg of benfotiamine a day using the protocol I recommended above.

Start with 10mg a day, add 10mg week, then report back at 100mg a day.

Your life is about to change.

Use a teaspoon to scoop some benfotiamine powder up, then use the backside of the pliers to push powder onto the micro tray on thejewelers's scale. Once you have approximately 10mg, return the rest of the benfotiamine to the bag.

Rinse the remainder of the powder off the spoon and back of pliers by swirling in a small glass of water. Then grab the micro tray with the pliers and add the benfotiamine to the glass of water, swirling until the tray is clean.

Take with breakfast. On week two, add 10mg, so 20/mg a day. In 10 weeks you'll be up to 100mg/day. Report back then.

The jeweler's scale approach is necessary because 10mg is a tiny amount of powder, and you want to very gradually work your way up to 100mg, which is probably still less powder than a single capsule.

Noted all, thank you again!

I suspect that you will be sleeping deeply and awash with clear, wakeful energy in the daytime very soon.

Amazing. Thank you so much, I’ve not researched into this one before! I’m more educated on insulin resistance, Alzheimer’s relevant, MSM/Borax/Parasite and metal cleansing, and more general supplementations.

I thoroughly appreciate the advice!

Move to a different time zone... Hope this helps. 😎

That could be an idea! 😂
