I went from barely being able to get out of bed a little over a year ago to running with a 12 pound weighted vest.

The last thing I wanted to try for endometriosis was a lifestyle change, but I tried everything and ran out of options.

All I did was cut sugar, add eggs, quit nicotine, and walk regularly. Used to have a flareup almost everyday and now it’s maybe once a month and not nearly as painful.

So happy for you!!!

I wish sugar was good for us, like how chocolate (cacao) is, but I'm glad to hear you've found a way that works!

Thank you! I know, I had the biggest sweet tooth of all time. The longer I stay away from it, the less I miss it though

I'm from Sweetden (Sweden) and it's all about the sweets there. No high fructose corn syrup though, so a bit healthier than here. But I too have noticed that the longer I stay away, the less I crave me.

Being pregnant with a boy even had me grimacing at the idea for a while during the 2nd trimester, so that was super weird for me!

Now I'm craving sweets, but I think it's cause I'm a bit low in sleep and i used to have sugar as my added energy, since I don't do coffee. Coffeine is fine, but all the drinks I'd consider drinking with it also comes with a bunch of sugar πŸ˜…

Also, it's Christmas time, so there are special Christmas traditional sweets that I'm missing.

I’ve never been, but I love Sweden. Had no idea you were from there, that’s so cool. And I’m SURE the quality of even the junk foods is so much better where you were than me lol

Most Americans I meet who visit Sweden have commented on how the food has so much more natural flavor.

Unfortunately I've noticed that they've started adding soy in foods there too, but at least high fructose corn syrup is illegal so they're not adding that.

I like the free market, but I also like not needing to read labels as thoroughly. πŸ˜…

Yeah I know exactly what you mean and I kind of feel the same way. Do what you want, but it’s easier if obvious poisons are just removed from the equation

That damn sugar is the devil..

This is such a great success story, I'm so happy to hear that you're able to get some relief and results πŸ«‚. #youredoingitnoshole keep on keepin on lady!!

I don’t really realize it until I look back. It’s probably gonna be a lifelong thing so I gotta keep it up πŸ₯°

Do you track your fertility via Creighton or another nfp model? If youre on hormonal birth control you cant bc its fking you up.

My husband and I are getting ready to try for a baby so I’m no longer on any hormones and I do not use tech to track my health

Not tech.Dont use tech. You need to evaluate cevical mucus and you might need to track your morning temperature.

Oh I think I know what you’re talking about. I watched a video on it, but got overwhelmed with info and saved it for later

How far pastHBC are you?

I just check and i threw out all my 20 years of Creighton tracking. Anyway if its more than 6 mos post hbc and trying, i can send you recs on next steps. Good luck and have fun baby making

Thank you and yeah it’s been longer

You should get a consult from a Naprotech trained MD. Again google naprotech doctor. Since you have a history of HBC use, its appropriate to get second opinion. Good luck!

Yes!!!
