Dump your avocado oil products.
They're almost certainly fake.

I like MCT oil.
It has the avocado/macadamia oil price tag but it is pretty cheap to produce.
Makes a great mayonnaise.
Bet that heats you right up.
Some people's guts can't tolerate MCT.
That's good to know bc oilve oil mayo is nasty tasting
Butter
Ghee
Tallow and other animal fats like lard etc…
This is the standard, there is no second best
Lard is mostly second hand seed oils, sadly. 😢
Ye? Can you elaborate…? Just pig fat is it? What about duck fat and others….?
He is talking about last from the grocery store I do believe.
I get last from local good raisers, sometimes even just pork fat that we then render ourselves. nostr:nprofile1qqsr26r4lltjnvrwadxp67ns58m4qpzaqemhf5sup7hlujhjh7t296qpr9mhxue69uhhqun9d45h2mfwwpexjmtpdshxuet59uq3qamnwvaz7tmwduh8xarj9e3hytcppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp03tnx6p is basically saying that most commercial products are cut with crap... His entire persona is a bit hyperbolic...
Good. You shouldn't eat any pork anyway.
A lot of olive oil contains vegetable oil as well.
It's true. I've been sticking to straight organic olives for that reason.
I believe Chosen brand is legitimate, but yeah, most others are rancid or cut with seed oils.
I personally like Chosen's avocado oil for sure.
Costco's cold-pressed olive oil (extra virgin because no duh) is also a good option, and I don't get any seed oil effects.
The best for me is actually goat milk butter (the Meyenburg European-style goat milk butter is fantastic).
I wish we had a Costco around. We use Terra Delyssa for extra virgin olive oil. It's high quality and tasty - tastes a bit buttery.
I've seen that goat milk butter but haven't tried it. I might have to. We got some goat milk ghee from Mt. Capra, but haven't actually tried it yet.
I love high quality food. 😍
