Why the invite BS? Just went there to sign up and nooooo.
I'm pretty sure he explained it in the latest episode. the short answer is that they were getting spammed with join requests.

It isn't BS it is to not over grow their ability to scale and if you want an invite I give them out to anyone who emails me and FWIW it isn't an affiliate thing or anything I literally get ZERO from it other than some good will.

I started using Nostr and Alby quite some time ago. Then I had to reformat my computer. I am using Ubuntu OS and the Brave browser. Now when I log on to Iris.io it brings up a separate Alby window that says: âSet a passcode to unlock Alby Extension in this browserâ. I donât understand what that is. I do not remember seeing that prompt previously. Please clarify what I am supposed to do. Pretend that I am your grandmother in your explanation please.
