It looks to me like the average American doesn't have an appetite for that kind of fight. Although, there is potential for them to be drawn in to one whither they want it or not.
I kind of feel like going to a shaman in the middle of the Amazon for medical advice, is a smarter play than relying on the modern medical system in America.
