Is there a way to get full grain wheat with the germ? I love bread

Whole wheat bread actually has MORE gluten than normal bread flour. But there are other trade offs. It absorbs more water and can be more crumbly.

I mean whole wheat FLOUR.

Is that like including the wheat germ that they started removing because it spoils quicker? Or like “whole wheat” from the store?
