There's a small gaggle of Japanese people on nostr but I can't introduce my self to them because I'm shy🙂↔️🫣
There are LOADS of people on Japanese #Nostr. I look on "Global" and there is loads of Japanese chat. I'm shy too, but I'm also very forthright and abusive, so that's how I endear myself to people😂🫂.
There's one guy that actually lives in my city and I keep poking into his conversations with English speakers, casually inferring that I too am in Japan hoping that senpai will notice me, but he never responds🙂↔️

It's very hard to understand even if you speak the language because they brought over jp twitter culture where nobody @s each other, so the conversations only emerge if you follow enough people 🤷♀️
