Clementine? Amarok? Exaile is GTK equiv but doesn't download podcasts. Those are not quite Winamp but they are desktop players with podcast support.

I loved Winamp. Back in the days when we were ripping our entire cd collections and swapping them on completely open networks with thousands of other students on campus. Oh the joy of a blissfully open and connected network.
