It looks like tea.

I brewed it quickly on purpose (300 ml ran through in 2.5 minutes) because I wanted to achieve a lightness in the taste.

Ah, that's interesting. Maybe you can detect more nuance in flavor? What are the effects of microdosing caffiene? 🤔

Actually, even though the coffee looks light, I brewed it at a 1:16.7 ratio, so there's plenty of caffeine in it.

This color is not only due to the quick pour but also because it's a washed Geisha, and I slightly lowered the water temperature to 96°C during blooming and even lower for subsequent pours.

Such coffee is definitely more flavorful when it cools down a bit. Probably around 60°C is when it tastes best.

it looks like acacia bark extract

In taste, this coffee somewhat resembles cherry. In fact, I think coffee is like cherry to some extent; we’ve just started to forget this because of the Italians 😅

well, i'm not much into the straight cherry, a bit too much body... i prefer sour cherry which is much more red and acid

most of the dark/red colour of coffee is from caramels, the color in tea is from tannins as is the acacia/mimosa bark and i think also Mate and Guarana both have a lot of tannins in them, where the cherries it's from ... i forgot what they are called, they are antioxidants, red and purple and yellow colours found in many fruit and vegetables

When it comes to coffee, I don’t have any specific preferences. There are times when I drink coffee like this 🤣

And it probably has a lot of tannins and the taste doesn’t resemble cherry at all, It resembles more of a floral scent.
