dry or wet?
sauna is sauna, what do you mean by dry or wet? 🤔❤️
just googled, dry sauna 💜
we call dry sauna just sauna
and wet sauna is steam sauna
Ahh ok, dis not know that. I like one with wet air (like steam room) you can add some etheric oils and it is great for lungs.
with dry sauna, you can add the scent into the bucket of water, which you scoop and throw on the rocks
it’s a lot more intense, but it’s a really incredible way to escape from all the outside noise 💜
Sauna is fantastic, I really like it. Everytime we go somewhere i always check if they have one. Dry one is a lil to hot for me it burns my lungs 😂😂
it really depends if it’s a wooden or an electric stove.
wooden is a lot better. i also recommend to throw a bit of water on the walls of the sauna, to increase humidity, so that it isn’t as dry in the sauna 💜
Not easy to find wooden one in a hotel 😂 but ofc I agree!
having a wooden one at home is amazing though 💜
Sign me up for a sauna!

Dr. Rhonda Patrick has some great resources too.
