I do regular 5 day dry fasts and they are much easier than water fasts. Contrary to conventional opinion, you don't die on day 3 😃
The energy on refeeding days is awesome, but the state of mind that you get into during the fast is also very interesting. My hypothesis is that it might be due to vasopressin interacting with oxytocin receptors coupled with elevated dopamine.
