I always eat after the workout

yeah i go on long runs every day. i like to do them in the morning, but i’d also like to try the one meal a day

tough smh

I do 2 meals a day, good breakfast and then dinner, workouts before dinner.

I do stretching & morning walks but sometimes evenings depending on my schedule.

🤙

stretching is the beeest. I can’t do breakfast. almost always prefer just lunch. if i do a big afternoon hike or smt its great to eat after it as a reward but dinner generally keeps me up.

Sounds odd but I’ve found saltwater helped get down to one meal (electrolyte replenishment without carbs/sugars)

interesting

1/2 teaspoon for 32 oz of water ✌️

running can be super hard on OMAD because you’re burning mad calories so that meal has to be huge! I love running but that and OMAD together makes me lose a lot of muscle mass w/ jumprope and everything else in the mix.

I do this one meal day lifestyle but when I run I do sprints or hill sprints for 20 minutes most days of the week. I have no issues.

hill sprints are the most rewarding man, need to get back into that

Absolutely brutal. I always feel amazing afterwards though. Huge rush in endorphins.

yea there’s no high that compares to that of a brutal run. the psychological peace afterward is profound

had the butcher package me 1 inch cuts all about 1 pound. sometimes eat half if I’m not feeling hungry.

pic below is one steak cooked and one with the fat removed and cooked besides raw tartar. basically eating one or the other every day

I always workout/hike on an empty stomach or have at least 4 hours between meal and exercise.

otherwise all your blood goes to stomach to digest and in jiujitsu especially with red meat you’ll be too sluggish to compete well
