Did you cook this? And thatโ€™s a really cool knife

I helped ๐Ÿ™‚ Itโ€™s a Shun Santoku knife

I think I need one for sure

Highly recommend ๐Ÿ‘

I will @ you in a pic when I get one ๐Ÿซ‚ been needing a new one. I had a nice set, but some have gone missing over the years and I want to try something new

Yes, please! I have a loyalty to santoku knives in general. The Japanese really figured this one out right for its multipurpose use. I hope you like it. They become forever knives imo. ๐Ÿ˜„ but Iโ€™m also a nerd.

I use my Santoku 90% of the time at home.

Same. It really lives up to its name.

Fish meat or vegetable!

I just learned of them today ๐Ÿคฏ theyโ€™re stunning

Oh I am sure I will. I use nostr to learn how to be an adult woman a lot of the time and soooooo much of my time cooking is spent chopping

it is this one https://a.co/d/he8ghBN ๐Ÿ™‚

i think I'll buy it too ๐Ÿคฃ

Is it full tang?

Yes, but hidden

Looks lovely and delicious๐Ÿ˜Š

Oooooh that looks amazing. Recipe?? ๐Ÿ‘€

This one I learned from my best friendโ€™s mum. One of those eyeball it and taste recipes. ๐Ÿ˜„

Those are the best! What's the rundown, orzo in pan with chicken stock(?), herbs, I'm guessing add the stock slowly like making risotto?

Add peppers, then shrimp and finally tomatoes, olives. Am I close ๐Ÿ˜†

lol, it's chicken but hey... no edit button. That changes the order of things, but think I can recreate it! ๐Ÿ˜…

I bet you can! Iโ€™ll try to find the closest recipe I can find online and share.

That is a gorgeous blade

I โ™ฅ the china. Reminds me, vaguely, of my parents' old Wedgewood.

Was a bit like

I second this

Love that.

These plates are from Zara ๐Ÿ˜„

Here for it. Looks like it makes a happy belly.

Looks delicious. And damascus steel is a good choice.

dang, using those fancy bowls as prep bowls. and that knife ๐Ÿคฉ

Those green vegetation are too expensive where I am now. You'd think a country with so much green, where green leaves spurt out of walls and pavements should have abundant of edible vegetations too.

Most of those can grow in home gardens if you're up to it. ๐Ÿ™‚

I did grow some basil in the vases in balcony. It's too little. I was used to so much more greens.

Quality fresh ingredients in a timeless recipe. Great dinners are one of the chief joys of life.

Looks tasty
