The more I open nostr, the more I just want to close it again. People whose content I purposely follow and want to see don't even show in my feed, so I have to manually remember them all and go to their page, only to find they've been posting things I never saw for a week or more, meanwhile, my feed is drowning in eleventy bajillion reposts of notes by that one influencer I have muted ðŸ˜

What client are you using? Im using Primal. Latest, I only see people I follow. I can switch to Trending 24H if I want but its not my default.
I've heard rumors it's possible to not see reposts? But I don't know how to do that sorry ðŸ˜
yeap, I know what you mean. the people I like following up with are about as active as me, which is to say, not that active. I do post daily-ish, but only a handful of posts. I can see how someone that follows me that isn't coincidentally active at the same time as me would completely miss my post.

Yeah I find the same thing... every once in a while I think whatever happened to npubX? only to go to thier profile and realize I just never see thier posts for some reason... 🤔
I think it has to do with the client and/or the relay.
Iris and Amethyst have a social credit system-style deal in place, and Primal has been known to censor at times as well.
I still use Primal, despite this setback.
