Gunna start posting lifting in order to hold myself accountable to keep at it. I always start then a week or so stop for months. Gotta do better. Hold me to it nostr.

I've got to get back into this. The quarter of illness has been rough.

Been sick 4 times since Jan 1. Still pushing 😁. Sometimes it's just a walk

Yeah couldn't breath hardly for three weeks with pneumonia. Flu, sinus infection with mixed ear infection. Been a lot of fun and I have a whole new level of empathy for pneumonia and lung disease patients.
