Define intelligence. If it’s derived from consciousness, then I am very skeptical that it’s possible.
how do you define consciousness tho? Awareness of oneself and environment around? are humans the only conscious animals? If not, where is the break point?

Yeah exactly, so we are operating with lots of unknowns.
On one hand theres lots of ppl who are barely qualifying for being conscious, on the other hand we dont understand enough about it to make reliable future judgements on possibility of non biological intelligence. So if we can't define it we cant measure it either
