Beautiful... breaking bread together is a wonderful thing!
In Czechia it's a national and very old custom to serve bread and salt to visitors. That is wonderful. In today's world, when someone takes the time to make a beautiful loaf of bread and then share it with me... I just love that feeling. That is a great Czech tradition.

I wonder if the B will pop more if you do your scoring after 7 min in the oven. I've heard this can help with some of the more detailed scoring.
Shouldn't sourdough bread stay untouched? Suddenly losing temperature etc., especially in the beginning when it's raising up.
