Do you remember what i was telling about about tourism etc?

Yeah, the article mentions Greece:

> "With the third-lowest wages in the EU, paired with rising home prices, the share of overburdened residents in Greece is nearly triple the EU average."

Greek wealth is higher than German wealth, due to the rising home prices. Germans usually don't own homes. Or anything else. Most Germans have effectively no savings or property, at all.

Imagine that our rulers in czech rep. tell us to "shut up and be more like Germans" and rent a place.

Maybe we could think of it like : in DE the rents are still cheap and the wages are high enough to lower the urge to access ownership, also compared to France for example it is easier to get a rental. They won’t ask you for so many guarantees and background checks etc… these factors might play their part too. In some EU countries , depending on your ethnicity, job sector, ability and so on it is sometimes easier to buy than to rent at the end of the day.

Croatia has some good sailing too.

Once again I'm in one of the worst country.

not just Europe - ASIA AMERICA LATAM esp big cities almost same when measured in local median wage

hence more more GEN Z type revolution possible when young people working 10 hrs get NOTHING TO SAVE for their own older years

unfortunately Europe n Japan there is no masses of GEN Z

probably biggest shitshole - former prisoner colony SYNDEY in down under - assie housing bubble worlds worst

Should say "Burden of EUs Housing cost".

The EU is not Europe!

Ireland and Italy seem like outliers here, as Western European countries with relatively low housing burdens... what's going on there?
