Absolutely. This is what Apple does with everything. NFC payments, fingerprint scanner authentication, face scanner authentication, etc.

Kinda what they excel in - and, I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually "borrowed" a p2p solution/s in the long run. And honestly... I am curious how far they'd go.
