I feel like this chart should have seed oils in it too just for comparison

I thought about it, but everyone on here already gets seed oils are bad.

I'm working on pointing out that olive oil, avocado, and even lard/butter aren't too much better

That’s why I wanted to see the seed oil content. Too many people I know think they’re doing great by eating olive oil and avocado oil. A visual that shows how similar or different those mono fats are compared to pufa would be helpful.

That's insane

How long does ghee stay good?

6-12 months refrigerated and 3 months on the counter top 🫡

Have you deep fried with ghee?

Not yet! For several reason we haven’t tried. Being that it is one of the most expensive cooking fats, I’m not sure if deep frying with it is the wisest thing to do financially LOL

My wife did, once. She was making some fried pies, and I asked her to use ghee (from GreatGhee) to deep fry them. She used almost all of the jar.

But, they were oh, so delicious! But, probably won't do that, again.

Love it! But yeah ghee being the most objective cooking fat across the board makes deep frying with it an expensive endeavor
