I’ve lost 25lbs since I started OMAD in July. I’ve been back at the gym since August. I haven’t felt this good about myself in a long time.
If that bothers you for some reason: weird. But idc. 🫶

25lbs??. I have been going to gym for 3 months and I lost 4 lbs
I’m also eating OMAD, one meal a day, a type of intermittent fasting. The gym is helping to tone me up but it’s the diet change that increased my actual weight loss
I did OMAD for a while and it was difficult and I was always hungry. I did that for 3 months to give it an honest go. I lost weight for sure but I was irritable.
This is exciting, the change.
My body weight hasn't changed in 3 years, calibrated like bitcoin's 10 minute block.
You’re certainly more fit though! Have you changed your diet at all?
Good for you!
Same here- I'm down 20 pounds since July. Eating clean, working out, now I weigh what I did 10 years ago, and I'm in better shape.
THATS EVERYTHING, good for you!!
