What nostr clients can I use to escape hell-threads?

I haven’t used it but I heard iris might be able to mute threads. Check out nostrgram too.
Iris allows it. I just don't get the point of the zappr not and these hell threads.
Whats a hellthread
A thread where a lot of users are tagged in. I'm constantly getting replies to a thread with over 1300 users tagged in it.
Nostros stores it in a NIP-51
Can you give a ELI5 on how this works in Nostros?
Muting a thread of event A is not displaying any event containing event A's id in its tags.
In order to keep it stored as NIP-51 Nostros just creates a custom list of events with the name 'mute' (the same as Damus so both should be compatible).
Would love that feature too
