Is there a twitter scraper and/or export tool that currently works? I'd love to scrape and put all my past tweets on nostr (with backdated timestamps).
As a non-check non-person I think all my tweets will be lost soon.

On Twitter desktop...you can go to Settings-Your Account-Download an Archive of your data.
If you are lucky they will send a spreadsheet of all your tweets with timestamp.

This would amazing. Actually, I had this same thoughy too. I think Elon is going to incentivize more blue checks by purging old data after X amount of time. I was planning on getting one thread that's very important to me, but I'd love to have it all.
You can download your content in a zip. Request in twitter settings. Then you can search for it in a local html file. Not the greatest but there are probably tools made to search the backup better.
Sometimes you just need to sweep out all the old baggage, and begin a clean slate.
I made sure to make my most important threads into substack articles. Then nuked my twitter accounts.

You can still request an archive of your Twitter data, right? Not sure what format it comes in but that’s a start at least.

Request a twitter archive. It takes 2-5 days to for twitter to revert. You get access to all your data from day 1.
As long as they'll let people do it that's probably the easiest way
But if they for some reason decide ythey don't like you requesting that they I'll probably also immediately block your acc
Shouldn't be a problem for most people rite now, but that could change fast if many people start requesting it especially if those people then leave afterwards (or might make it a "verified only feature")

I also have a question: how could we bring all people from x/twitter to nostr? First we should find out if the majority would like to switch to nostr and define a day for the transfer. I mean what are the benefits , beside of the network, to be on X / Twitter?

Make a twitter backup json converter and convert them to nostr events and send it to your relays, then you lose nothing
I mean to say the twitter backuo/archive avail in your account gives it to you as timestamped json
