I use dry seasonings most but Iβd say my go-toβs are usually a good BBQ for hog roasts, sweet chili, soy sauce, gochujang and huy fong chili garlic sauceππΌ
Really dont like sauces.
Well, a sauce can be anything! Alfredo, bechamel, gravies, it's a very broad category π
True except that TRYING to eat carnivore/keto I've not found an acceptable thickening agent.
So, I guess a simple butter & garlic or a hollandaise would be it for me.
Can I say whiskey? If not I guess bbq sauce is what I use the most of. Other things are for specific recipes like bechamel or teriyaki
I was going to respond with Nicole Sauce but I've never had the privilege to cook with her. π
I don't cook with sauces very often but when I do it's usually Asian.
Soy, fish, oyster, shrimp paste, etc.
garlic butter sauce. goes with everything
For me I love some garlic olive oil. Next would be a teriyaki sauce or soy with some lemon juice. I like doing stir fry and chicken
πΆοΈπ π₯© Worcestershire sauce rocks my taste buds! π€€ Perfect for Caesar dressing π₯, bolognese π or pulled pork sauce π. It's jam-packed with flavor! π€©

Ever replace Worcestershire with Fish sauce? π talk about flavor π€€
let me tell you something, brother. I haven't tried it with fish sauce, but I did whip up a killer tuna wrap with parmesan cheese, garlic, Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice. And let me tell you, it was the best dang tuna wrap I've ever had in my life! Loco really knocked it out of the park with this one. I'm thinking of taking it to the next level and adding some more Asian flavors with Worcestershire sauce. Thanks for the tip!
