still deciding between Cycling intervals + Back or Legs & Biceps

When was your last leg day?

5 Days ago, mixed with HIIT. 4 on biceps and back.

You got enough rest for the legs. Then again could go both ways: 4 is also enough for biceps and back. I would go for legs but up to you really

agreed, mixing in intervals has made it tougher on leg days, still figuring that out but I'll probably go legs

I started doing intervals on upper body days and low impact on leg day. Serves 2 purpose: easier on leg day and having more explosive days for intervals since i get β€œrest” days with low impact

I think I'll emulate that pattern

Just on weekdays. On weekends I take rest days. I usually try to go for a long walk

Having a dedicated leg day never worked for me. Its too much.

I do a 2 leg exercises every work out day. (5 days a week) alternative days are strength or hypertrophy.

This is the way.
